Return policy
All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
At Out of the dog box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please note the following conditions:

Items must be in their original packaging with tags and in a resalable condition.

To complete an exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required, and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Exchanges will be on a discretionary basis and can be refused if deemed appropriate.

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If the product is guaranteed by the manufacturer, their return policy will take precedence, and their rulings are final.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may a few days to process.

No cash refunds will be given. Store credit will be provided for returns paid for in cash.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Should there be a guarantee or refund on the product from the manufacturer, their return and refund policy will take precedence, and rulings are final.
Exemptions from returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Flea and tick products, opened pet food cans or light bulbs are not eligible for return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and some health and personal care items.

We do not give any guarantee on chews and chew toys, and sales are final.

All items on sale/clearance are FINAL.

Some items, such as pet beds, pet crates, pet carriers and totes, e-collars, pet grooming supplies, and chews are not eligible for return or exchange for health reasons.

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be deemed returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
